Terms of Service

Welcome to Ascend Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ascendsupply.online and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us Ascend Supply is an online store selling parts and accessories for electric motorcycles and e-bikes. Our store is powered by Shopify. You can reach us at ascendsupplyus@gmail.com.

2. Who can buy You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase from Ascend Supply. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and fitment We do our best to describe our products, fitment, and photos accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. It's your responsibility to confirm a part fits your bike before ordering. Use our "Shop by bike" menu, or email us with your bike, year, and the part you want, and we'll confirm fitment before you buy. Returns for parts that don't fit follow our Refund Policy.

4. Partner products Some products in our store are sold and shipped by partner brands. Those items may have different shipping times, may arrive in a separate package, and are noted on the product page when possible.

5. Pricing and payment All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We don't store your full card details.

6. Orders We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed purchase limits, or contain pricing or availability errors. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll issue a full refund.

7. Discount codes Discount codes are valid only for the time and terms stated, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.

8. Shipping Shipping times and details are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers your order.

9. Returns and refunds Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 7 days.

10. Installation, use, and riding risk Our parts are intended for off-road and recreational use. They should be installed by a qualified person following the manufacturer's instructions. Modifying a vehicle can affect its performance, safety, warranty, and whether it's legal to ride on public roads. Riding involves serious risk of injury. You are responsible for proper installation, safe use, protective gear, and following your local laws. Ascend Supply isn't responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or riding the vehicle.

11. Warranty disclaimer Except as stated in our Refund Policy, products are sold "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by that manufacturer, not by Ascend Supply.

12. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ascend Supply won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.

13. Website content All text, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to Ascend Supply or our partners and can't be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to hack it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

14. Reviews and messages If you send us a review, photo, video, or message, you allow us to use it on our website and social media to promote our store. We may remove content that is offensive, false, or unrelated.

15. Marketing messages If you sign up for emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from Ascend Supply. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in the email, and opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent isn't required to make a purchase.

16. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information and is part of these Terms.

17. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

18. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Using the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
